Mary Kennedy, RN, CALA, CDP, CMT

Mary Kennedy is a RN with a vast knowledge of Senior Caregiving, in which she has spent the last 10 years in Assisted Living and Long Term care.  She has over 25 years of experience, not only in providing Nursing services for our Seniors , but in Medical Surgical Nursing, Home care, and Infusion therapy.

Susan DeGeorge
Director of Nursing

Susan DeGeorge is a Registered Nurse and joins Caring Tree as the Director of Nursing. She has over 30 years of healthcare experience in both Long-term care and Assisted Living settings. Susan is a devoted professional who has a passion for working with seniors and thrives to make a difference in their lives. She loves putting a smile on their faces every day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kaitlyn Handschuch
Executive Assistant

Kaitlyn Handschuch is an Executive Assistant at the Caring Tree Adult Medical Daycare. Her positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and outstanding personality shines through as she greats each guest.  Kaitlyn is a graduate of Stockton University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in History. Kaitlyn has also been caring for young children as a nanny for many years. One may say, caring for people of all ages is Kaitlyn’s calling.

Graham Kennedy, CALA, CDP

Graham Kennedy is a CALA who also has a wide array of experience in the Hospitality field. He has been a Guest Service Director for some of the most prestigious hotels in Las Vegas, and a five star customer service trainer.  He has experience in the marketing aspect of Hotels and Assisted Living facilities. He has enjoyed working in Activities with our Seniors, which has directed his heart to provide these Day services to our clients.

Sharon Simonelli

Eight years’ experience in assisted living, skilled nursing and home health care. “I find it profoundly rewarding and satisfying working with seniors.  I strive to enhance their quality of life through positive and supportive experiences.”

Mark Lamana

Mark and his wife Candy have been together for 20 years, being married for 17 of those years.  He has 2 beautiful children, Demi and Mark Jr.  Originally from Belleville, mark and his family now reside in Shrewsbury.  Mark is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees, and enjoys Nascar and the wisdom that they provide to him. NHRA.  Mark states that he enjoys working with the senior population. He enjoys their history and the
